So, you think it could be going bad? That would be part of the warranty, correct? Does anyone else agree with this? I will get the fluid changed here within a couple of weeks, but I want to drive it for a little bit first to make sure that I don't notice any other changes.

I didn't see anything abnormal. Just looked like the converter locked which dropped the RPM's once it grabbed fourth and you were still on the throttle. Once you let off the gas and coasted it seems the converter unlocked hence the RPM's jumping back up.

If you still have a warranty the t.c. will be covered if it goes bad. I am not saying it is bad but just to keep an eye on it. I have had 2 bad ones so far...

Sorry for the confusion on my part, but I just want to get this straight. At about 21-26 seconds into the video when it shifts it kind of jumps, and then shifts into 4th. The same transmission is in my GTP right? And it doesn't shift like that, so that is mostly why I think there is something wrong. I guess it does have quite enough warranty left to just not worry about it for now.
