Default Edelebrock LSx Intake

Hey,

Does anyone know if the Edelbrock LSx manifold will fit our LS4 application?

Im guessing probably not. Seems too easy.

Cheers

I'm assuming you're talking about the Pro Flo XF manifold. I'll tell you, it'd be nice if it did but I do not see it clearing the hood with those long runners. I know it won't fit under the hood of an F-body so we're probably SOL. However, even with required mods, the LS6 is probably close to being as cheap, so that's a route you might look into if you're interested.

Yeah, I thought the same thing too when i saw the runners. But i had to ask.
I know theres a bunch of hacking to make the LS6 fit. Im just old and lazy so I wanted to avoid this.

So, do we use the same TB with the LS6 set up? I see some say yes and some say no.

Very frustrating the lack of perfomance bolt on's available for the LS4.

Thanks anyways man.

Cheers

Maybe this is a good forum to ask.

Im new to the GXP sene, and i m looking for some of the best mods to gain a few more ponies. (besides a tune)

So far it looks like a big exhaust, which I can go catless as theres no emission testing in my area, an LS6 intake, 1.8 rollers....

Anything else you might rec?

Cheers

Chester.
