NEVER bring your car to the stealership...
Not supposed to be loose right?
Also, check out what happens to your lug nuts when an impact is used...
Thought it was rounded off, nope, just busted...
Same place that left a trans hose loose...
Noticed all this today, while taking the wheels off so I can put the TPMS on my new rims.

Corrosion builds up between the cover and the lug nut and expands or swells up and a normal size socket will not fit. 19mm. Yes, they should have been replaced. Be carefull with the TPMS sensors too. If you drive a lot in winter make sure you have the right valve caps on. I have seen chrome caps or other chrome aftermarket caps stuck on, and when tried to remove would snap the whole stem off. Also with no cap on, the core will sieze to the stem.
The newer sensors with the rubber stems are the way to go.
There was a Pontiac dealer around here that would fill every car with Nitro, and put chrome nitro caps on it. People would come in just to check the pressure because the TPMS light is on. We would tell them it is stuck on and they need a new sensor. They would get mad, say we didnt know what we were doing. Then come back and replace it.
The newer dodge trucks are the worst for corrosion in the lug nuts.
I work at a tire shop, so we see it all. If someone comes in with swelled up lug nuts, we let them know before we touch them.
Wait a minute, they left your swaybar link un-bolted? Dumbass.
I would raise hell there.
