front end noise?

front end noise? there is a noise comming front the front end.
you know when your driving a standard car and your in 1st gear and you let go of the gas you got that whistling sound.
well i got that sound comming front my car when i let go of the gas...but it only does it in 1st gear..
im just wonderring if anyone else had this sound comming from there car..
hope someone could help me out...

ok heres a test you can try, go for a drive and while letting the car slow down(you said thats when it makes the noise) steer from side to side just a bit and see if the noise goes away for a sec. between turns
