Default photoshoot, novice

ok so i got my car buffed and waxed and the rims acid washed, turned out good. so ofcourse had to get some pics of the cars after me and the girl went for a cruise. thought i would share

















and no i dont live in the trailor park, its the inlaws lol

The photo, where you have the camera on the ground, I think is perfect. The angle is great.

looks pretty good man...i would just be careful about the acid wheel wash....i dont think the clearcoat is goin to like that very much

yeah i didnt like the color at first but it grew on me, now its one of my favorite gxp colors

well the owner\guy who did my detail owns a red 08 gxp and said that it was fine on the wheels, so i took his word on it and it turned out good, was a little sketchy about it at first.

the SS needs a buff and wax BAD!!!!! i was qouted $120 to get that done, is that reasonable?

for other members i have quoted them between $80-$90 for a buff and wax....as long as you arent using the wheel acid all the time you should be alright but i still shy away from it...i use Adam's Green Wheel Cleaner and it cuts through the dirt and brake dust very easily plus it wont damage the wheels.

yeah i paid 85 for the gxp, and he said with the black and it being a huge car it would be more, man i wish i lived more your way, and i wanna buy some adams product ASAP!!!!!!

photography wise, its a good start. choose some more intriguing backgrounds...that green kinda just blends in the gxp. ideally, you want something to make the car pop but at the same time, direct the eye around the lines of the photograph, to the subject, which is the car. also, dont be afraid to take pics from different angles. high and tight...low and far away...rear of the car...profile shot etc..

yeah they were just a quick/i was bored at the in laws so i snapped some pics, gonna take them up to the parking ramp at the casino and bring the sony a200 and get some good pics, these were just with my GF's nikon point and shoot. i'll take some new ones and report back and see what ya think.
