I guess Hemi = God nowadays.
I have yet to lose to a 5.7L Hemi, came close to losing to a Hemi single cab cammed Ram though.
My only expierence with SRT8's was losing to a modded SRT8 300C than ran a tenth quicker than me when I hit the limiter in 1st gear. He should have destroyed me, but ran a best of 13.7 @ 104 on a day I ran 13.8@101.

i find great joy in walking mopars of all models and engines to catch up with the driver and ask them if "that thing gotta hemi?"

just got reeled! LoL!! yeah bro you should be able to take the RT I raced one in my 2003 monte carlo 3.8 with full exhaust HV3 TB & upper intake gasket flipped MM and NO TUNE!!
But tonight about a few hours ago I jumped on the Charger on a "roll race" around 45mph. I hit and gained about 2 1/2 cars on him and once I hit 4th, he reeled me in slowly but surely!! I let out cause of a curve. Me and him was just talking driving side by side & he said: "you don't want none of this, but your car is damn fast though!! But this is a beast here!!" I ask; "is it stock?" he said; "yes!!" At that moment I started to question my crusader until he turned right onto a street and I seen the damn "srt8" emblem and **** on there!!

Hah. I was enjoying all the talk about the chargers and the one kid who had a thread going and was totally bashing and getting bashed.
But ya, back on topic......havent seen either of them with hardly any traffic. So no, haven't raced them yet. Two of my new tires have a bubble in them. So the dealership said it looked to be manufacture defect. Today they are getting replaced.
