redid the headlights. -read-
1 day after the inside of the lens started weather cracking and im starting to think its becuz of the fumes from the rtv sealant because i left the black caps that are behind the bulbs on the whole time and didnt let it air out. So now they are torn back apart sitting in my room and im trying to figure out what im giong to do without throwing $200 down the drain

I went to post pics last night and my mom used my camera and effing deleted the pictures. I was PISSED!

My Idea is to get ahold of an aftermarket company that makes these headlights and see if i can buy just the clear lens. If anyone can help it would be great.

However, how did you separate the lens from the housing? Oven? Hairdryer? Heat gun? Were they OE (hard plastic sealant) or aftermarket replacements (silicone)? In the couple times I did this (OE replacements), I never had an issue with the oven causing the little spiderwebbing of the lens, but I did warp the reflectors. A member or two at NAIOA ended up with the same issue you did (spiderwebbing).
