Default Question about Impala SS badges

Hey guys im putting some newer style SS badges on my camaro. I bought the Cobalt ones at first, but they looked too small. So i got some from an impala (which i think fit the trail blazer as well).

I ordered some colored inlays for them and noticed that the smaller of the inlays was just a bit bigger than the cobalt badges, and smaller than the larger impala badge.

so my question is this: Which badge is bigger on your cars, the door badges or the trunk badge,

and

Does anyone know the part number for the smaller of the two so i can order one, (or would anyone like to give me the last 8 of their vin so i can have my parts guy find it?)

thanks in advance.

Impala SS door emblem 15211285. Impala SS trunk emblem 10336980.
The Cobalt uses the 10336980 for both the door and the trunk lid.

That's the one.

Go to ebaymotors and do a search, you'll find a lot, maybe cheaper than what you pay for at a dealer.

On mine I took the bow tie off on the grille, and put the SS there instead.

i thought the impalla badge in the back was a little bigger than the cobalt ones? Reason is that i bought some inlays that go inside and the ones i have are bigger than the cobalt ones. The side ones (larger) fit fine, but the other inlay which is for the rear is slightly bigger than the cobalt badge.

cornfused?

The trunk lid emblem PN10336980 on the Impala is the same as the Cobalt SS emblem. It is the smaller of the two emblems. PN 15211285 is the large of the two, the Impala uses these on the doors only. If you want the larger of the two emblems, use PN15211285

Got my SS emblem in the mail today, took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Also took off the bug deflector.

I want to get one for my son's '08 Impala, he wants to put it on the grill like this. Which part number or size emblem did you use? Does it go on with 2 sided tape? Thanks!

Pretty sure most guys use the Larger(door) SS emblems to cover the same of the bowtie. Yes it goes on with 2 sided tape.
