what kind of times should I expect. The car is completely stock.

Expect anything from low 14s to low 15s depending on launch, DA, and track prep.

I am hoping to beat a friends SRT8 charger, but after helping him work on it tonight, I know its not going to happen.

Definitely not happening, unless you have a hefty shot of nitrous, but even then it'll be close.

Not bad is she stock or mild bolt on's?On a side note my bro has 93 mark V111,were taking off the air bags and putting suspenion and he picked up a 99 SVT motor and trans he plans on dropping it into..

Should be a fun build,I gave him the idea after seein a guy at UTI with a 94 Mark V111 withe same swap...
