Not yet.... But I will have to find time since we both work nights together and we always have different days off....It will be difficult to match them, but his schedule is a rolling schedule, so it is only a matter of time to where we both get the same days off...

There's a video floating around of me losing to a modded WRX from a roll back when I was exhaust/tune. Then again I once beat a modded STi from a roll when I had the same mods...it's going to depend a lot on the car and driver.

I can't figure out how to launch this car yet.....but that being said, if equal drivers then there is no match.

its a good thing that in real life not everyone is a professional driver. i also dont think it would be the *** raping of a life time even if they were equal drivers like everyone else seems to think. those cars really arent as intense as you all are making it seem.

I ran across one of those at a red light when I first got the GXP. I don’t know what year he had, but he had 3 passengers, and it was just me and the wife. Light turns green, and the next thing I know my front bumper is by his back door. I hold steady then shut it down for the next red light, and he runs it. I catch up with him at the next red light, and once again light turns green my front bumper is by his back door. He shifts and my bumper catches up with his front door. I shut it down at 50 mph, because we was in town I think he hit 100 because he just disappeared. I’m pretty sure I was stock at the time.

I've owned both cars, no guesswork here.

i hate those cars with a passion #1 they are ugly and #2 to me they sound like ****. there are alot of ricers around my neck of the woods with them. when they have a tune with an intake and exhaust, they ten to run high 12's low 13's. they do run, but i hate them

How's a bolt-on/tune STi a ricer, exactly? They outperform a W-body in every way possible...

I actually looked at several before I bought my MCSS. I just could not find one in my price range. These cars can run and are fast. They respond well to mods and have the aftermarket support to make them EXTREMELY FAST!

I have an 05 Sti (actually for sale). My car with a tune full exhaust, external wastegate, and a frontmount(with stock turbo so prolly hurt me), and intake went 12.6 at 111.9. Mostly stock on the street vs a good driver i dont think you have a chance....at the strip if he can drive once again not a good chance. Ive got an 01 Z06, Ive had a 98 SS, my girl has a 06 GXP, and i have an 05 STi so im not prejudice either. Just facts, theyre amazing cars really. Bone stock runs 13.2, you get 25+mpg highway, and can drive it literally anywhere you want through snow over the hood. But to each his own.

I can understand no one wants to be told their ls4s aren't as fast as another car on an ls4 forum.

They are completely different cars and at a completely different price point.....no shame in losing to a car stock for stock that's ~$10k more new vs new.
