Static from Monsoon Speaker??

Static from Monsoon Speaker?? I bought my 05 GXP about a week ago, and am getting some of the quirks figured out. Well I was in the trunk and noticed the back right speaker was just simply unplugged, so I plugged it back in and it was great. No static nothing, well on the way home today out of no where , out of the same speaker comes a static/popping noise. No very loud, just annoying. I unplugged the speaker and it went away. Do I just need a new speaker or do you think something is going on with the amp? The speakers themselves sound GREAT, nothing is blown out at least.

Wish I could help but I hated the Monsoon more than anything with the car. I ripped out the entire system the 3rd day I had it... I have plenty of spare parts though now hanging around haha.
