Default finally installed my headers! a lil help?

Ok so after a couple of months of having them jus there taken up space I finally forced some time to do the install . I know a lot of you guys say that it takes a couple hours and well it took me about 4 days to do this but finally finished! Took my time but then again just made sure things went back together . Got a couple of questions though see if any of you guys can help me out. The crossover pipe sits a little to close to the TB basically resting on. Is this normal or is something wrong? Also first the car up open headers and WOW its loud. If I was to put the cat on would it calm it down some? I want it loud but not that loud or maybe I gotta hear it outside the garage because the sound was jus echoing.. Also I got an engine light on but that's cause I haven't put on the O2 sensor imma do so tommorow when I go get everything welded up but as soon as I turn it on I'm getting a "engine hot ac off" message ,what cann this be? Any body have an info on any of the following is really appreciated. Thanks you guys

ok i got the same codes and they all have to do with your o2 sensors im pretty sure. I have the trinity so it told me what all the codes were for. Just wait until you get everything back together and you should be fine.

On the TB. It should be pretty close but not resting on it. if its resting on it you might have to loosen some clamps on the headers and try adjusting it the best you can. There is a heat shield there tho so it wont get too hot. And yes they are effing loud! LOL

The cat will calm it down, and your codes will go away once you hook everything back up. My Tb was right on the crossover pipe too. That's why i removed the heat shield. The tube was designed for use with the stick air intake so that's why its so close.

Make sure the rear header o2 sensor plug is not resting on the down pipe, which I did I was to excited to drive it and I melted just the plastic over ther wires.Once you move it to a spot where it gets no heat you will be good, your engine hot ac code will go away.I zip tie mine away from the dp...

On a side note wait till you drive it on the street open headers,I had everybody looking and it brought a smile to my face

Well I'm getting everything welded up now so I'll post pics and videos as soon as I can . The ride feels a little off on the rpms. Is this normal for having an O2 sensor missing

AF ratios are mostly derived from the O2 sensor readings....plug it up and it should be close to right. You really will need a tune, though.
