High Beam issues

High Beam issues Hey I was just hoping someone could clear up if its the turn signal control on my steering column causing this issue or something else.
Basically this happens in two situations:
1. Driving around with my subs turned up and suddenly the high beams turn on. If i mess with the turn signal a bit they eventually turn off.
2. If a suddenly hit the breaks hard they turn on. This leads to many ticked off peeps and even had one guy try racing me lol. This isn't Initial D folks!
I'm guessing its the turn signal control stick. can i pull the fuse temporarily? until i get it in to fix it.
