If the low beams keep intermittenly turning off. Dealer agreed to fix so could never duplicate issue i fixed it myself. I told them it was a relay. But they did inform me my airbag light is coming on because a computer thing is bad(no **** a computer thing) i asked how much they said 1k. part is 700 something.

aside from that its getting cool outside in evansville ind and the f1 supercars go up in smoke anytime i give it any gas unless im above 45 or 50. but in the heat of summer hook and go. i love the stagger fitment i havent pushed the car really hard yet but got .9g on the lateral. dont know when or where.

oh a girl at work wonders why i paid 16000 for a car that booked for 18000. Some people just dont understand.

constant dinging when anything is open used to drive me nuts ... but i refused to wire up the chime signal to my new speakers so ITS GONE ...

because of how tall i am i 80 percent of the time manage to bump the ignition with my knee when getting out of the car, and turn it off even if i didnt mean to

"is that a supercharged monte carlo?"

"no, its got a V8 ... "

" wow, what did you pull that out of?"

facepalm ...

You might own a Monte Carlo with an LS4 if....

Half the time you stop for gas, someone comments on how sweet your car looks!
Every time you eject a cd, there is a stupid "beeeep". (seriously, why does it do this?)
Every pre-2004 stock Mustang GT think they have a chance!

I get that sometimes, since NASCAR switched to Impalas when they introduced the COT in '08.

That's one of the reasons why we went with the Impala instead of a GXP...The backseat is also much more cramped in the Grand Prix.

Everytime I get in my car the car says "phone unavailable". Thats incredibly annoying. And as far as the backseat the only time I was back there I needed a ride home from the bar and they said I kept trying to get out the sunroof . Btw if anyone knows how to get the chick to stfu about the phone I'd really appreciate it.

pulled into a gas station the other night and some kids ... like 12 of them in a newer impala lt or ltz start saying how cool the monte is and how they love supercharged V6's ...

i had to open the hood to let them count the coil packs/ spark plug wires in the front ... or just notice the giant 5.3L V8 write across the top of the cover ...

then one of them said something about it being RWD ...

The owners manual explains a way to lower the volume on the chime. You have to hold some button down on the radio. I read the entire manual last year when I was bored and out of town.

True - I have the delta flows. First time I heard it I swore someone was closing in on me with a Huey. I got used to it though now I like it.

Main peeve on my 08 SS is the flat seats. The GXP seats are awesome - with a lot of side support. Mine is like a flat bench - not good for getting around a corner.

Next peeve is no SS emblem or visible way to tell its an SS from the front.

I'm not happy about the weak tranny but so far no problems with mine.

Why would they? Auto start in the summer and then you're sitting in an even hotter seat.

The only real thing that irks me is the FWD part, but I can live with it. Tranny has been holding up thus far. Now let me go find some wood....

Well if the exterior temperature was less than 35 degreed the seats would turn on

If the temp was greater than 35 degrees it would not turn on.

The car does this already with defrost why not with the seats.

That's a lot to ask for in a car in our class. We're lucky to have a factory auto start!
