Brakes: Just noticed this today

Backwards as in the slots are going the opposite way compared to the fronts which are installed correctly. So when I am driving forward, the slots (in the front) are going with the direction of the car. The rears are going the opposite way therefore, they are on backwards.

The slot orientation shouldn't matter for cooling. Especially since rear brakes only handle about 20% of the car's braking. For aesthetics, I would probably switch the rotors from side to side the next free afternoon I had.
