Well here is the problem,my trans has been been acting up for sometime but most recentley.Everytime I come to a full stop I go to accelerate and the RPM's jump up to 35k-4k before it grabs the gear and jerks you back.Also notice while driving the RPM's stay high just cruising around town.I think the valve body is taking a dump on me,maybe its time for a rebuild.I've taken it to the dealership,but I heard the horrible story of the remans they put in.So I guess all the few mods I planed on doing are being put on hold till I get this piece of SH*T trans rebuilt.

Any thoughts or does it seem right from what I explained.

Sorry to hear that. Mine has been a little goofy also not while driving but when in park going to put it in drive it's extremely hard somromes gotta force it. Hope yours gets better. Jeff

 

sorry to say it won't get better just worse be careful mine did that and then all of a sudden it just stopped moving all together within a few hours

My rebuild died this way, as you probably know. Call Dave @ TEP and see what he says. Maybe you can get deal.

BTW- I used that spare tranny I had as payment to Dave for the parts I needed. It's a good thing I didn't sell it to you because according to Dave, it had more than the 10k miles I was told and had TCC material in the valve body. It was a ticking time-bomb waiting to go off.

 

Mine has been starting to act up at a stop it runs up to 2500k and hits home every now and then docent help I have been trying to help it make the final leap so I can just take it out to desert trans and have em build it to the wood

 

My tranny died on Sunday,when I was out in Santa Monica.Doesn't look like I will be fixing soon and I don't plan on the dealer tranny.Gonna wait it out till next yr,hopefully I should have my settlement from my accident by that time so I can fix this B*tch.

Are you going to try to get the dealer to warranty it, headers not withstanding?
