I'd look for an LS1 plate, short lines, solendoids, a timing twister and a controller (like HSW) that allows you to lock out the bottle by gear and RPM, a long line, purge solenoid, bottle, gauge, and bottle heater.
sounds like when the time comes for me to start piecing this together i am going to need your advice/guidance

I ran a 150 wet shot on my LS1 and I loved it. With a 100 shot you should gain, well right around 100 hp and somewhere between 125-175 lb ft. You could get away with a 150 shot as well as long as your tune is correct.
A nice kit with a TPS actuated WOT switch, window, fuel pressure safety switch, filters and obviously a tune should be considered bare minimum if you want to run minimum risk of blowing your engine. I would also recommend a bottle heater, remote bottle opener and a purge.

If you have any questions about specific kits, wiring, tuning or nitrous in general feel free to ask here or PM me.

I would start out with spray and if you need more sell it and get the turbo but be sure the tune is right or your car will be the next video posted

4 bottles? Were you spraying a 250 shot? Besides, here bottles are 40 to fill here and they last a while, especially when you're only spraying a 100 shot.

Gotta love'em both...you know, the only reason I did my build to was to show the limits, or lack there of for our motors...anything is possible with moderation...look at my car...im doing N2O 8spi and e85...going back to the electronics and tuning...sure, i have an *** load of on boards but, i have good solid tuning behind them and above all, patience and the ability to say NO, thats too much LOL...

With great power comes great responsibility...

Now, go play and dont blow up! you have 2 options...

Its gonna go...

or BLOW! LOL...i sent you a PM so just get back to me on your thoughts and stuff...glad to see you guys poking around with this...its gonna be a great year for TN2O too!!
