Impala compass location Does anyone know where the compass sensor is located? After my last accident my compass is incorrect sometimes, maybe the sensor is damaged. Of course unless it is in the guage cluster where the DIC is.

Yes the zone is set correctly according to my manual. The same setting that I set it to when I got the car. It started reading funny after I t-boned some knucklehead that pulled across my path. I also have calibrated it several times with same result. Sometimes it reads correctly, then sometimes it reads incorrectly. It is inconsistent. Thanks for reply.
