HP Tuners will support the E67 (07+) ECU... I know this because I use it all of the time! I believe EFI Live does as well. I don't know about pre-canned tunes. They have never interested me.
The beta version of HP Tuners has a lot of tables that the current release doesn't, so if you do go with HP Tuners make sure to request the beta from their site. The beta also supports calibration only flashing for the E67, which saves a ton of time.
