Challenged by a 08 Nissan Maxima Like the title says I was challenged by my dad and he wants to race me in his 08 maxima. Has anyone raced these? I under stand they have 260 hp or something but they are also 3500 lbs. I'm really confident I'll win but anything can happen right?

i think some have 290? i was told it will be close from a dig. but from a roll you will own him. you still have more torque and hp and weigh less. just take out any crap you have in the car u dont need. good luck, made a vid!

the new ones are 290hp, but they make no torque. is your old mans a stick? i wouldnt be worried about the older ones. the new ones arent bad. underestimating one would definitely be a mistake. against the 290hp ones a bad launch could make for a close match up, or a embarrassing defeat. the new ones go deep into the 14s with a good driver. i actually think theyre pretty cool except for the extra set of doors.

nothing if your gay. lol (just ******* with you.) nothings wrong with 4drs just not a 4dr kinda guy. ill actually be looking at used g8 gts if i cant get a 2SS next year used for a fair price. hell ill probably wind up having to get the g8 anyway if the woman doesnt get another suv when she gets rid of the cx7(growing up sucks).

this just made me giggle outloud in my office. OP, you should have him no problem. Just don't spin the tires too much out of the hole if you go from a dig. From a roll you should decimate him.
