Roller rockers? Y do a lot of guys go wit aftermarket roller rockers? I have a 450hp ls1 wit stock roller rockers in my Trans Am, and had no problems. I have a 06 SS MC and dont want 2 buy them just 4 looks. So if there r a must have, let me know guys. I have a 218/220 cam shaft waiting 2 b installed. Let me know what u guys think.

Simply put they do add power, And a lot less work that doing a cam swap in a sideways mounted V8. Something you can get done in an after noon type of deal. At least thats why i would like to do the rockers. I believe it's about 18hp +/-

Wow! These motors must come wit some crappy roller rockers. A friend of mine has a set on his Trans Am and he said he didnt get gain any Hp, it just quiet the vavle train down. So I should get a good bit of Hp wit the cam, a set of roller rockers, headers, 3inch exhast, cai, and a dyno tune? ? ?
