Spark pulgs

What is the stock gap on the spark pugs for and ls4? And what would be a possibly better gap for preformance? Also any recommendations on brand?

stock gap is .040...

if you have a tune done to the car, you should run one heat range cooler plug, and gap to .035...

ngk tr6ix iridiums... (these are one heat range cooler than stock)
