Question about my Malibu AC I know its not a LS4 but you guys all are always good at stuff like this. Sometimes my wifes 99 Malibu AC will just shut off. The compressor and it blows warm air then comes back on. Other times it works flawless and is fine. Is this a charge issue possibly? I would think it would do it all the time. Just trying to see if anything I can check before taking it somewhere. im pretty mechanically inclined.

The 03 my wife had did the same thing. We were told it is because of the humidity causing the ac to shut off to prevent freezing up. We got to the point that we just ran the blower on 3 or higher, and just moved the vents, and adjusted the temp up and down. I hope this helps.
