At this point I can buy a VCM Suite Standard package for $300 no credits included. I have the money, and tired of having to go to the local jackass to get stuff logged, changed etc. I'm confident I can do it all myself with a little research. Having to buy 2 credits that would bring me up to $400, a $100 savings from the new price minus the fact that I get 8 credits free so I lose out on 6 credits. However they don't support my 09' malibu and I really doubt that I will ever need those extra 6. Can you sell the unused credits you get from buying the package brand new?

Is it worth it? And can you use any used VCM suite/cable as long as you buy the credits for the respective vehicle? Or is that cable married to the 99' vette it was purchased for?
