corroded wiring

corroded wiring As some of you may know I am wiring in my hid's well i start looking at the battery terminals and they look good but the wire itself going to the terminals and the ground right in front of the battery look pretty bad. they did not look like that a few months ago when I cleaned the terminals and the clamps. My question is there a way to clean them or to just buy new? I'm guessing I will have to go to the dealer for this as I don't know how difficult it will be to do. Any help would be appreciated very much.

checked even fuse in my acr and found one bad 15 A so replaced it with a spare I had and now my rev lights work again lol but my hid's and heads up display still don't WTF!!
