oil consumption

oil consumption so ive been getting my oil change pretty religiously every 3k with conventional oil... problem is.. that im about 1 quart or more low everytime i come back there is that enough to send my car into the dealer for the consumption issue, and would they cover under the powertrain warranty? i have about 62 k miles on it

they will first replace lifters and what not
after that they replaced my whole engine completely under powertrain warranty
also use synthetic

if its an 06 you can get a diablo tune, its its an 07+ you can ONLY get an hp tuner. you can buy one your self ( about 299.99 with some credits) or you can find a local tuner guy you can take it to and he can tune it for you. realistically he should tune out dod and alot of other stuff for about 200 +
I was one of the lucky ones. From 20k to 59k I beat the dogshit out of my Impala. She took it. Tranny was strong and didn't burn any oil. The Trailblazer doesn't burn any right now either, I switched to Amsoil at 35k. I like seeing the dipstick at full after 5k miles!
