Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 days left on my warranty, taking the gxp in. Transmission still acting up and also having to oil consumption problem. Hopefully i can get both fixed but seriously i doubt it. They kept a couple days before but trans would not act up while they had it. Anybody have any ideas on what to tell them that may help me out?
Even if its by a few days past your warranty end date they should still honor it. I know some places only do 7 others do ~30. I really doubt theyll do anything for you with those mods listed though.

car is completely demodded, the only thing on it now is mufflers. I took everything off before i took it in to them months ago and never put anything back on.
Would love to give you good news but I was in the same boat back at 33,000mi and they couldn't get the trans to act up as I had known it to do on a regular basis, so nothing happened. I even paid them to do a tranny service (fluid & filter) just so that they'd look at the pan/magnet and they claimed nothing was awry.
On the bright side, it took another 40k+ before the trans finally quit, and cost me $1200 to rebuild. Sure, it slipped on occasion during that time, but it was fine for the most part.
