They have an excellent driving beam pattern. They light up the ditch really well too. I cannot even tell my highbeams are on. Retail is around 700 i believe.

Technically no. but i live in a rural area of canada. We dont the population density you have south of the border. My shortest day of the year is less than 6hours of daylight.
