squeak

I was wondering if anyone else has a cold start up squeak from the serp. Belt I'm thinkin it might be my power steering pump. It seems to have excessive play if I grab it and push pull it

I do as well. I hope its not the pump. I. Gonna put a new belt on soon. Even through my company the belts still 25 bucks from any parts store. 1135k6 if I'm not mistaken.

I hope its not the pump either i was just pulling on things trying to figure out what the noise was coming from. I wish it wasn't such a pain to swap serp belts in these cars.

Any fix? Mines starting to squeal for like 5 min til it warms up.

Dribble something on the belt while it is squeaking. water, brake clean, etc. etc. if it stops making noise its the belt.
