The a/c in my 2006 Impala SS wasn't feeling cold like it used to. My mechanic looked at it and added a can of r-134a and it got a little colder. I drove away, went around the block and all the sudden the lights on the a/c controls started blinking on and off then the a/c started blowing warm. I went right back to him so he can check it out. He put his gauges on the high side and low side. The low side was showing pressure building up and the compressor was working way too hard. He said it seems like a blockage on the low side. Is there a filter or orifice tube on the low side that might need to be changed out?
