Default Chrome wheels peeling

So the chrome on my wheels are beginning to peel and wanted to know if there is anyway to repair it. Is it cheap? should I have a shop power coat them?

I don't have any pictures of them right now because they are plasti diped ...

Thanks!

You can get them power coated clear. That's what I did with mine.

Just make sure to have the rivets removed as they're made of plastic and will discolor and may melt. You can glue them back in later.
