what is this?

Im doing a LS4 swap into a Lamborghini Diablo kit car. On the water pump housing, just below the fill cap, there is 2 tubes sticking out. One right on top of the other, one is for the overflow and the other one in question is smaller in diameter is directly below it..

This a pic I found online and it doesnt have the little tube (that I can see) but it shows where its located...

Its for the steam line that goes into the coolant crossover.

the big port is for the overflow and the small one is for the steam line iirc. I can check tomorrow morning
