That should work fine. That offset is 7mm (.27") further out than stock. Add .50" for the wider wheel. Total movement to the outside would be about .75", which is not going to cause an issue.
I currently have 1.5" spacers on the stock rear wheels and it only rubs on major dips...you have plently of room with that offset.

Just wanted to make the wheels sit flush with the fenders...stock wheels & tires. I added 1.0" spacers on the front to accomplish the same. Now the car could stand to be lowered about 1-1.5" or so.
Would look like the factory should have designed it.
