Exhaust Problems Just put a magnaflow catback on a couple weeks ago. The other day I heard a loud bang from under the car. Didn't think anything of it, but today I took a look under the car and one of the rubber hangers for the catalytic converter was broken in half. The catalytic converter itself looks like it is shifted about 3 inches forward. I'm picking up a new hanger on friday but I'm pretty concerned about this. If the downpipe has shifted 3 inches forward, what gave and allowed it to move forward??? Did the downpipe bend, did the headers bend??? I'm not going to be able to get under there until friday and I'm just curious if anyone on here has any idea if I did mess something up or if I am just overreacting.
