Default dod engine slam
When I'm driving on highway n car is in dod 4 cylinder mode sometimes when I hit the gas the engine or tranny slams ide say .... bad motor mount?

Could be mounts.

Do you have the torque management tuned out of the PCM?

Yeah, probably a mount. See if you can easily rock the motor by hand.
