What's the difference?
I'm assuming HD is stiffer?

Yes. HD = Heavy Duty. Unless you have it lowered or plan on lowering it, I'd stick with the comfort set.

HD is the closest equivalent to stock that is out there.

I just ordered a set; they'll be here tomorrow.

According to bilsteins rep HD are stiffer than OEM bilsteins and are also rebuild able unlike OEM bilsteins. The comfort is just that softer than OEM bilstein.

Agx struts are a step Down from bilstein.
