Thanks for the response! I am contemplating a electric vacuum pump for just the booster as I find my braking/pedal feel is suffering. I have tried a reservoir but can only get it to about 75% of needed vacum and it is not reliable enough.

Though about it but too much work for a simple problem. The new Dodge diesels have a really small electric vacuum pump that is totally self sufficient with just battery power.

You have the part number and/or year & models they come off of? Was looking at Jegs stand alone vacuum pump for one of my projects, but always prefer OEM parts...

Cheers

I am still searching as I have time, but at www.rockauto.com under the part search TAB enter this (F81Z2A451BA) and it will give you an idea. Apparently the new Dodge is smaller but does the same including auto stop and start as long as there is no leak.

or there is this kit:http://www.ebay.com/itm/12-volt-elec...-/230879547411

Just to get back on topic a little, I said that I would be running nitrous. http://www.compcams.com/Company/CC/c...csid=1089&sb=2 is the cam that they recommended. Should I go with it? or does anyone have another cam that would work better?
