What does it take to remove the dash center speaker grille on a 07 gxp?

 

It just pops out. Iirc it has 4 retainer clips, it's been a couple of years.

 

Just take a screw driver and pop it up. Will take you 5min to replace the speaker.

 

DO NOT USE A FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVER!

You will mar the edge of the plastic speaker grille. What you need to do is get a wider flat-bladed tool. You could buy one of those trim tool sets ($~9) from harbor freight and use that.

I'm in the market for a new center speaker so if you decide to get some (they'll come in pairs), let me know and I'll go in half with you.

Oh ok.

It's a crappy speaker as it is so most people go aftermarket.

I'd hate to replace crap with crap, lol.
