Default Adjusting electronic throttle with hp tuners

Have any of you guys messed around with the ETC to make it a little more responsive? Tables like Normal-Map A under the electronic throttle tab? The reason i ask is because there's a warning listed at the bottom of that window for that table. I tuned a buddys 06 stang and changing little things with the ETC really made the car feel a whole lot better. Thanks

Off the top of my head we have etc opening rate vs.gear which can be set to 100% but that's it. The other things that help are cutting down tourqe reduction tables

I've seen it done before without causing damage. I don't do it myself because it isn't making the vehicle perform any better, just fooling your brain...lol

I know it's not gonna make it any faster but I hate that disconnected feeling some cars with ETC have. I slightly increased the ETC tip in and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks fellas.

Area Rate Limits - Opening Rate table: is already at 100% so not much to be gained there.

Desired Throttle Area - Map A - Normal... lots of options here. You can increase the values to make the throttle open further per % of pedal, or decrease them to open it slower (like when you swap in a 90mm TB). You can also change the column header values to help dial in the proper throttle response.

On my car, I swapped the entire Map A - Normal with the 07 LS2 Manual values (running an LS2 intake/TB and have a manual transmission) and I can't tell any difference between the DBW on this car or the DBC on my other 3 vehicles.

There are a few other ETC tables in the torque management tab, but I have Torque Management completely disabled and I don't use those.

05-06 with e40 pcms don't have the map a etc table. Guess that's why I never knew about it 07-08 do.
