I don't think they were trashing the LS4.

They just weren't impressed with your video, car's performance, or cars visual upgrades (stickers/stripes/vents).

Here in "LS4 Performance" running 12's is very good, outside of "LS4 Performance" on LS1 tech, you need to either run 10's or better or be running a cool swapped vehicle to impress many people...

You think just because I own one I'm gonna act like it's the best car in the world? Yeah how bout nooo. I think most people will agree the LS4 car is a horrible platform to modify and race. Awesome DD though.

LS4Bro, what u talkin bout? This is hellaclean. Double hood scoops allow LS4 cooling to be improved, combined with side vents and racing with my hood unhinged. Racing stripes and the large amount of sponsor stickers along the back rear window let people know you're SRS BSNS about racing. Rainguards double as aerodynamic assists in helping keep the squirrelly Impala, with its added adhesive 5 horsepower stickers, straight and narrow.

I wanna play.

Not all racing is in a straight line, it's easy to stall, cam, blah blah blah an LS1 and run 11s or better. To take what these cars are and do anything other than just drive them is admirable.

Oops, that one's not LSx, and never will be, it's getting an RB26DETT swap, more torque from a smaller motor and I don't lose have the stuff under the hood.

Also, OP's car is not my taste, not remotely close, but it is his car, and I've been seeing a lot of it across all platforms, around here there are F-bodies that look way worse than his Impala, again they aren't mine, all I can do is roll my eyes, 'cause they isn't anything I can do about it.
