Default Headlights have a mind of there own! Advice?

Ok, so sadly I will be trading in the Impy SS for a new Sierra. I have owned the car for 7 years and 62,000 miles later, my Tranny has randomly started slipping from a stop. Might be valve body but with all the other pain in the *** problems I have with the car, it time for it to go.

So today I went through and started removing the mods I have done to it except for the exhaust. For 5 Years I have been running an HID setup for my headlights and fogs. No issues, use a heavy duty harness from RetroSource for both lights. Today when I was removing it and putting back in the halogen bulbs, here is what I noticed.

Anything plugged into the right low beam or the right fog light causes the left side to dim, it turns on the high beam but very dim, and also turns on the high beam on the right side but very dim. If I try to use the turn signal, it blinks fast thinking a bulb is out. However If i unplug the low beam bulb or the fog light on the right side, the left side goes back to normal, turn signal works again, high beam turns off. As soon as I either plug in the low beam or fog on the right side, it causes my lights to do that. Any ideas.

This could of been a problem for a long time but since I was running HIDs and all it needs is 12volts to activate the relay on the harness, there is no issue. I ended up reinstalling the HIDs again and will most likely trade the car in with them installed. Do you think they will knock money off the trade in b/c of the HIDs or will they probably never think about the lights?

They will never even know but it sound like either a ground issue or i had a problem with the stupid connectors at the light assembly
