Engine Removal ?

Engine Removal ? anyone on here attempted to remove their ls4 ? i have removed other engines, and installed some, even put a 3.4/3.5 motor into a cavalier lol
just looking to see if anyone has any tips or recommendations ?
does anyone no if the engine/ engine and trans can come out of the top ? i do know you can pull the subframe, support the engine and separate the trans/ drop the engine threw the bottom but anyone pull from top ?
