Is Your Shifter Stuck in Park Well. You don't neeed a new shifter. Once you remove the center console you will discover that there is a loose wire from the plug that detaches from the shifter. It about $40 part. It's also a better plan than repinning the loose wire (probably the green or purple and white one) because, another one will just pull loose later. Use all the additional slack provided by the new plug to minimize the stress to the wiring from rubbing against the center console.
