new coils need some help fellas i got sultans of spark coils,(please spawne,not right now) and ngk 5EIX-11 PLUGS WHAT GAP can i get away with also(oh ****) i got the granatellis wires for the 0 resistance i should be able to go a little bigger on gap,can u guys give me a starting point? ok go ahead now spawne lol
I dont know that that plug is going to work for you, thats my only concern. Our cars use NGK TR5 factory, you could use TR55 or TR6 if you needed a different heat range. NGK 7397 or TR5IX is what you want. Becareful cus incorrect spark plug reach can damage cylinders. Correct gap should be fine with .040.

there is no such thing as a "for boost" spark plug, the heat ranges merely satisfy the requirements for the amount of heat produced in the cylinder. Generally speaking the more mods you have, the colder the range of the plug you need. I'm not boosted and im running the TR6's without issue. Actually helps my KR issue with the extra timing advance. Heat range of a plug is merely part of the tuning aspect. The type of plug you use, now thats a different story.
