Intake Valley Cover

Folks,

Do all valley covers interchange?
Mine is missing a restrictor; you can't buy these seperately.

I was going to purchase this (I notice it's slightly different in assembly).
Can I utilize this one? If it has the same type restrictors I'll just steal it, otherwise I may have this one modified by a better welder.

Are they all interchangeable as long as you have the DOD hardware?
