I think my car has been painted before because I'm missing all of my emblems from the exterior except the GXP on the front doors. I've found most of them on line but what I need help with is placement. Any one got the measurements for the emblem placements on the trunk lid and for the GM chiclets on the front fenders. Also, on the tabs, I've found both 1" and 1.25" on line. Which ones are correct for our cars?
I know it is a pretty minor detail but my OCD kicks in when it comes to this stuff. I hate to see cars where the emblems just don't quite seen to sit right.

i can tell you now you won't find exact measurements from stock. Most ppl on this board are inactive / modded / and have removed or moved badges. I would just place them as you like lol

 

I will try to measure mine in the next day or 2. Any particular ones you would like measurements for?

 

The two trunk emblems and the GM fender chiclets. Plus let me know if the chiclets are 1" or 1.25" please.

The fender chiclets on my 08 are 1". I added the GXP emblem, and well the other too . Car is filthy, hope it helps.

 

Thanks, I was thinking about adding some 5.3 call outs too. The GXP emblems have sort of a stainless looking finish. Are the letters that way too or are they bright chrome?

 

The letters match the emblems, not sure if I would consider that stainless really but they are the same .

 

also.... I have the door sills and door badge overlays, and the front symbol.... looks awesome.... highly recommended and very weather resistant.
