Code P0449 popped up this past weekend and I was doing some searching and someone said to check the connections at the TB. Well I checked and noticed there is an "open to the air" nipple off the intake. It looks like the below picture link:

Would that cause that error? Where does that hose run from? I'm trying to trace it back but I see no obvious hose that should be reconnected.
