Front wheel bearings please help! A little backstory, my 2006 impala ss started having issues with warning chime and traction control and abs light coming on when going over bumps. So last year I replaced the front hubs with wheel speed sensors. Problem went away for about a week. Then the same issues reapered. I learned to just deal with it until the brake light started coming on and the warning chime stays on for like 10 seconds. Finally today I replaced the hubs again, this time making sure to be extra careful with the sensor wires. Hooked everything up, re hooked up battery. And turned car on and the traction control and abs light still was on, took it for a drive and the lights went away but every bump the lights came on and gave the warning chime.... now I'm pissed and need help
Its probably the harness to the ABS hub, its common. I used this on my GTP, says it fits yours as well. Cut out old, solder in new, tape over the solder, plug in to the harness , Done.
