On this year LS4, does anyone know if it's a wide or narrow band? Also, if it's narrow band is there a direct replacement wife band of same diameter ?

I think your confused wide and narrow bands refer to oxygen sensors all ls4 cars have narrow bands. If you want to add a wideband you need a wideband oxygen sensor with the accompanied controller. Which will have a wideband AF ratio gauge. MAS is referred to as mass air flow sensor which is something completely different
