Hi there, I'm having an issue with my door locks too on my 2008 GXP. The trunk works fine, and the door locks work intermittently (sometimes they all unlock and lock with the remote, sometimes one or two work with the remote, sometimes none). I end up using the key in the door and that usually works but sometimes it will only unlock/lock the driver's door - sometimes the other locks only move a little with the key in the door.
Where are the relays located? I've checked the fuses and they all look fine. I've been told the BCM may be the issue but haven't gone down that road yet.

Door locks Ran a scan tool and it said that the door actuators is the problem. This was done with a snap on diagnostic scanner. It takes some doing to change them out. Have something like that done to confirm that is the problem. Closet you tube I found was on a 2007 Impala to change them. GXP is like a hens tooth.
